As an executive coach and trainer I partner with entrepreneurs, founders and CEO’s to improve their business performance. 

I fully agree with YC’s Paul Graham "Startups are more likely to die from suicide than homicide”. But this is also applicable to organizations that have been around for some time. 

Self-inflicted wounds, such as toxic founder- or management team relationships, can be an existential threat no matter the size or age of a company. 

Often relationships within a company are more damaging than external forces like competition or an economic downturn. 

My objective is to reveal the restricting behavioral patterns within the team and to increase awareness and (self) leadership. 

It’s my passion to transform leadership and culture by challenging business as usual, unconscious beliefs and behaviors in a playful and provocative way.

As an independent advisor I have worked with startups, scale ups and enterprise companies in various branches for over a decade.

Along with my experiences as an HR/Talent Manager in international corporates I am used to tailoring my services to specific needs of my clients.
